Brief bio
  • Okang'a Ooko was born in Rusinga Island, Lake Victoria in Kenya and grew up in the 70s and 80s in Kisumu. He is the author of Businesswoman’s Fault, (stories), and four mainstream novels, including Bengaman, When You Sing To The Fishes, Hunter & Gatherer and Remember The Children Of Kisumo mostly featuring stories of scandalous vices, human folly, power games, and peopled by men and women struggling to succeed in the new African renaissance.
